As a producer and post production coordinator for the macro wildlife series Deep Look, I produced, wrote, edited and directed 15 episodes in less than three years. I was credited on a total of 50 episodes as post production coordinator, as well as multiple episodes as cinematographer.

  • Won six regional Emmy Awards and two Society of Professional Journalists Awards in three years. This includes two Emmys on episodes I produced, and four as post-production coordinator.

  • Duties included research, pitching, producing, directing, writing, cinematography, video editing, research, writing articles, fact-checking and post production management for Deep Look and KQED Science. Additional writing experience included some companion piece journalistic articles, published digitally on KQED.org website. See below the video link section for links to those articles.

  • Deep Look is distributed digitally by PBS Digital Studios (PBS.org) and on YouTube, where the series has more than two million subscribers.
